I had the incredible opportunity to experience the implementation of the Scrum methodology - by Agile coaches - for a huge project.Thanks to that experience, I managed to set up the Scrum agile methodology myself for another crucial bpost application on which I became the Product Owner for an IT team of 30 people.I am able to help the Business to define their real needs with Power workshops. I acquired the capacity to be highly flexible when Business requirements change. I can show creativity by proposing new approaches to solve business problems.It’s really important for me to collaborate with the development team instead of just providing requirements.I try my best to prevent problems and tackle them as quickly as possible. I am a proactive team player and I actively participate in all phases of IT projects.
