An amazing relationship experience.Difficult, however, to live out one's deepest truth. Very difficult to bring to the table themes such as the extreme fragility of our just-in-time supply patterns, the need for reducing energy consumption... I wanted to deal with them with the hope - the faith - that we can develop collective resilience by neighbourhood autonomy in the event of various crises (food, energy, health, housing, etc.). But omerta was the order because this vision belonged to me and did not reflect the aim of the parties that supported my candidacy.Nevertheless, I have excellent memories of all these meetings and especially the working sessions within the small committee where we invented the word "cohatiforce" as a campaign slogan : a combination of the words cohesion, creativity and strength...

During this campaign, I was on the list with two great personalities, full of qualities, who were in high competition with each other. For me, who didn't want to take a stand for either of them, it was difficult to hold a stand at the market with either of them without arousing suspicion...But I like and need to meet people 🥰 So I chose to go in an unconventional way to meet young people and people with accomplished life experience, couples and single people, with questions and above all with attentive listening... thank you to them who agreed to testify, thank you for having publicly offered a facet of themselves.

Created one of these from A to Z: innovative conception, detailed implementation, and personal direction of the 2 initial academic years of the Master of Science HES-SO in Engineering (MSE).- Collected and evaluated internal metrics and management reporting to select professors with the highest R&D and academic performance.- Drafted the first and only Master’s curriculum in Switzerland of it's kind where student input determines the modules taught.- Expanded GAPS & SACHEM for these Masters (previously designed for modular Bachelor curricula).- Managed the accreditation processes.

ACADEMIC TRANSFORMATION- Analysed the organisation’s critical requirements.- Conceived, planned and achieved innovative and cost-effective solutions and recruitment.- Pioneered a new academic planning and monitoring system and directed its development and exploitation. Software developed included: GAPS (Gaps is an Academic Planning System) and SACHEM (System Support for Creating Modular Teaching Schedules).FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT- Streamlined and realized savings of 4.0 million CHF per year and allocated these to the financing and implementation of new opportunities for students and teachers.- Secured 1.5 million CHF in federal funding for an innovative affirmative action plan.AFFIRMATIVE ACTION- Created a preparatory year for future women engineers to inspire more young women to consider engineering as a career.
