Through my years of working in challenging environments in the service world and on teams serving diverse clientele at home and abroad, I have developed what I believe to be a unique approach to leadership. It seems to me that many people are afraid of true diversity, especially on large teams, but personally, I enjoy the challenge of bringing these perspectives together and centering them around a common goal.
