I was supporting OTR Bristol in identifying, promoting and nurturing community involvement in OTR and championing fundraisers, donors, young volunteers and shop customers - resulting in just under 500K unrestricted income for the charity. Hired by the previous CEO, Simon Newitt, I was asked to secure a steady flow of unrestricted income for the charity and put in place a solid base for future fundraising activities.
