Playing a key role in developing, testing, and maintaining proprietary cloud software, overseeing new features' implementation, testing, and management. Helping achieve these goals includes the use of multiple work management software, IDE, and programming languages to properly document, develop, and visualize the work that needs to be done.I also served as a primary contact for customer support on video game product incidents, authored public content, and maintained detailed documentation via JIRA/Asana. I proactively monitored support trends, collaborated with QA, Design, and Live Ops teams to resolve issues, and implemented comprehensive training documentation. Additionally, I tracked team KPIs using Oracle, mentored agents to improve SLAs and team well-being, and supported team leads with administrative duties.
