Customer Service Representative
Current- Confers with clients by phone or email to provide information about policies and coverages.
- Maintains accurate records6 of all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as action taken to resolve any problems.
- Resolves policy or coverage issues by clarifying the client’s request, determining the cause of the request, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure.
- Resolves clients’ billing requests by processing payments and confirming successful transactions through our agency carrier portals.
- Focuses on resolving customer requests in the initial call (first call resolution).
- Recommend process improvements to management team as items are discovered responding to customer requests.
