As a Cybersecurity Teaching Assistant (TA), I help the instructor in cybersecurity courses by guiding students through hands-on exercises, helping with security challenges, and providing technical support. I spend time with students going through various labs, assignments and presentations.

During my experience as an Operation Security Intern for the Indiana State Government, I played a vital role in optimizing our application infrastructure. This included the cleanup of unused servers within our application security F5, where I meticulously identified and decommissioned servers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal disruption. Additionally, I managed internal DNS configurations through VMware, streamlining hostname resolution within our network by removing redundant entries. For our external DNS, I maintained security and efficiency through Cloudflare, implementing best practices and monitoring for potential threats. My responsibilities also extended to certificate management, where I oversaw the secure removal of certificates using DigiCert, all while adhering to strict change management processes. I was involved with the preparation and submission of Change Management Requests (CMRs) and their subsequent execution following approval. My diligent documentation practices ensured transparency and accountability throughout these critical infrastructure management processes, ultimately contributing to improved performance, security, and compliance.
