My duties included stocking, inventory, resets, ordering, and checking in product. I was a cashier, cook, and float. When a manager wasn't on duty I filled the position of shift leader. I trained quite a few employees in every aspect of the store. I also know how to take apart and fix all the appliances i.e., ice cream machine, ice machine, cappuccino machine, deep fryer, and the dough roller. I had a great relationship with the customer's, I can confidentiality say I boosted customer moral.

I worked for my Dad at rhe family business for the last few years of high school. Dawn, the office manager, trained me on everything. I helped with payroll, record keeping, billing, filing, client relations and answers the phone. It was pretty straight forward. Always answer the phone. Clients always come first, even if your on lunch. Keep everything filed in alphabetical order and date order. I really enjoyed every aspect of this job.
