-Provide strategic leadership and vision for the campus, aligning with the mission and goals of the organization-Manage and supervise all campus operations, including academic programs, student services, facilities management, and community outreach-Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, and promote a safe and inclusive campus environment-Lead and manage a team of faculty and staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development and success-Collaborate with other campus directors and senior leadership to ensure consistency and coherence across the organization-Develop and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, including community organizations, local businesses, and government agencies-Manage campus budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to support the needs of the campus and the organization-Monitor and analyze data related to campus operations, including enrollment, student retention, graduation rates, and student satisfaction, and develop strategies for improvement-Represent the campus and the organization at local, regional, and national events and conferences

Responsibilities:-Coordinate academic advising services and assist students in course selection and registration-Develop and implement orientation and retention programs to support student success and retention-Assist in the development and coordination of student programs and services, including extracurricular activities, career development, and student organizations-Serve as a point of contact for students regarding academic, social, and personal issues, and refer them to appropriate resources as needed-Collaborate with faculty and administration to develop and implement policies and procedures related to student services-Manage student records and maintain accurate data related to student enrollment, progress, and graduation-Prepare reports and analyze data related to student services to identify areas for improvement-Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations related to student services and privacy
