• Conducts a wide range of quality control tests and analysis to ensure that software meets or exceeds specific standards and end-user requirements.• Drafts, revises, and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and IT strategy. Create Automation BDD Test Scripts of manual testing on the system.• Create test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow. Coordinates with others to plan user acceptance testing, regression, end-to-end, and integration testing.• Conducts Manual Testing for Web-Based, and Mobile Application Testing on both iOS and Android, and other devices used in e-commerce.• Ensure thorough analysis of defects and bugs and identify the cause and solution. Conduct Regression Testing once fixes are deployed.• Document bugs, monitor logged bugs development and update logged issues upon test execution using JIRA.• To undertake all system test related activities in support of the business requirements for the provision of new and updated systems.• Responsible for completing process analysis, identifying procedural and control deficiencies and recommending and implementing solutions.• Generate reports on the testing being done and to translate them into concise reports to management. A test must be able to report on structured test cases in a way that is meaningful to the business in which they’re operating.

Provides hands on and remote support online and onsite for our stakeholders.• Perform and conduct User Acceptance Testing, System Demonstration and System Walkthrough to our users and stakeholders through online and onsite.• Participates and conducts business gathering sessions with business analysts and other stakeholders to build up requirements.• To communicate bugs and other new system requirements to developers and other stakeholders.• Creation of Customer Specification Requirements (CRS) according to the client’s specification and business requirements, and other technical documentation such as User Manuals, and User Guides.• Analyze business requirements to create a detailed Customer Specification Requirements (CRS), process flows and performs system impact analysis until obtaining of CRS signoffs/acceptance.• Responsible for identifying and documenting both functional and non-functional system requirements, ensuring CRS is delivered to the development team.• Make sure to identify any changes to improve the system usability, quality, and user friendliness.• Works closely with Project Managers in monitoring activities, schedules to get project developed and implemented• Test fixes and perform post resolution follow ups to ensure the problem was completely resolved• Responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan and cases during implementation.• Ensure that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live and implement any system changes if need arises.• Responsible for training new SAQA employees during their apprenticeship.• Involved in different kind of manual testing.
