AT&T Partner Exchange is a telecommunications reseller start-up organization.Produced & distributed all major electronic communications to our solution provider community (customer base) as well as all internal business unit communications. Data analysis of all communications metrics and report quarterly to organizational leadership to drive strategy for future campaigns. Led the execution of all marketing automation efforts for the organization.Member of the product marketing team responsible for developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market. Individual focus on campaigns targeted at increasing adoption of our operational tools & processes. Largest campaign resulted in 100% usage of new status tool within a 2 month period.

3rd Rotation - Manager 3G MicroCell: Led the global network team responsible for the operation of the AT&T 3G MicroCell network. Responsible for all network outages, system upgrades & troubleshooting customer issues.2nd Rotation - Sr. Project Manager - LTE Incubation. Produced key operational metrics to gauge efficiency of resolving network issues prior to launching new sites during 4G LTE network build out. Managed relationships with all external vendors.1st Rotation - Manager, Wholesale Customer Service (Anaheim CA). Managed a team of 14 union represented customer service representatives who were responsible for end-to-end customer order writing, status reporting and follow-through.

The Integrated Media Systems Center (IMSC) is the National Science Foundation's Exclusive Engineering Research Center for multimedia and Internet research.My role involved bringing the work of the center to the outside community through lab tours, blogging and other activities as well as to recruit students to participate in center initiatives. My focus was on increasing the diversity of students within the center through outreach and recruitment at events focused on minority students.
