1. General* Read, fully understand and convert the signed written contract to Financial SAP CRM Contract making sure that only terms and conditions covered by the signed contract are set-up in the system.2. Analysis and Problem Solving* Provide solution to issues/queries from requester regarding CRM Contract set-up and defects management.* Identify and surface business risks, opportunities and uncertainties (grey areas) relative to process gaps.* Make decisions in instances that affect revenue recognition (e.g. toner purchase needing usage charges, determining financial part numbers, etc.)* Recommend opportunities to streamline contracts on a per industry scale.3. Computer and Technology* Navigate and has proficient knowledge in SAP (CRM, ECC), Siebel, Ticketing Tools (CSW, WWTT), Image Now Tools Navigation and Application.* Basic knowledge on SAP (CC, CI).* Proficient in MS Excel4. Internal Controls* Validate SAP CRM contracts through consistency checks.* Suggest ideas on improvement plans on current process together with the team and for review by 1st line manager.Special Job Roles:1. Guardian for WW Urgent Requests -To assess if those urgent cases need to be prioritized or not. If those should be prioritized, guardian shall process or monitor those urgent cases. If those shall not be prioritized, guardian shall push back to requester that case shall be processed within 2-day SLA. Guardians shall also have weekly reporting to management.2. SAP CC Error Analyst -Provides analysis and resolution to errors attributable to SAP CRM that causes SAP CC issues.3. Governance Analyst-Performs validation if SAP CRM configuration adheres with the customer contract and company's revenue recognition guidelines.

1. Invoice Processing and Delivery• Prepares SAP financial invoice covered by MPS Contracts.• Works closely with respective teams to accommodate changes in customer requirements and incorporate the changes in the process to come up with the new set of customer requirements.• Actively monitors the assigned accounts on its status in the billing process to ensure invoices are delivered in a timely manner.2. Revenue Recognition• Works with related MPS teams to determine revenue recognition in terms of timing, criteria and accuracy of amount.• Gathers the requirements necessary to meet revenue criteria before final recognition.• Works with internal audit team in maintaining established controls for revenue recognition.3. Customer Satisfaction• Acts as the customer’s secondary point of contact to help customers raise concerns related to their service billings and other related matters.• Liaise with appropriate teams to help faster resolution of customer billing concerns.

Keep confidential records and tax information for clients, communicate and negotiate with local government, research and analyze tax laws and execute project-related tax research and analysis. Also, this position handles information, risk assessment and counselling on various complicated tax problems.
