About Syrus Lowe
As the co-founder and managing partner of The Communication Practice, a drama-based training company, I specialise in transforming workplace cultures to foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Our services are designed to instil allyship and psychological safety, helping organisations create inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. In essence, we don't just build inclusive cultures, we build a sense of belonging.The Communication Practice came about after directly experiencing the negative impact of non-inclusive behaviour and leadership in workplaces, which on more than one occasion, I had to walk away from. Through working with organisations that really are developing inclusive cultures, I know that true intersective inclusivity elevates more than just human behaviour; it elevates business performance, too. So now, I design and deliver bespoke DEIB programmes with my partners at The Communication Practice. Why? Because beyond belonging lives growth.
