Currently an Aftermarket Territory Manager for Caterpillar Financial, a captive finance arm for heavy equipment industry leader, Caterpillar Inc. In my role, I work closely with the local Cat Dealers in Georgia and Alabama, working with their Product Support, Finance, and Marketing team by providing their customers financial expertise to help grow product and support business in the territory. My prior experiences as a Territory Manager, Credit Analyst, and in Marketing had me working closely with Caterpillar dealers and customers in preparation for my current role. I've led the marketing efforts for our North America and South America regions, working closely with our local Marketing Manager and Marketing Reps. Some of the most exciting work that I’ve done throughout my career at Cat Financial was leading a team in winning an internal quarterly process improvement competition, development of a Canada sales incentive program, and enhancing our U.S. program for our dealer sales reps. With over 20 years of experience at Caterpillar and Cat Financial, I've developed thorough knowledge of Cat machines, financial products, and insurance with a focus in sales, marketing communications, and project management.I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with others within my field. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite is working with our customers, vendors, or business unit partners to understand their business objectives and develop a solution to meet their objectives.
