Dr. Sy Stokes (he/him) is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Consylium. He works closely with executives and practitioners from across the world to develop actionable and sustainable solutions for achieving their organizational goals. He was recently appointed as a Senior Fellow at Harvard University for the Center on the Developing Child, where he serves as a strategic advisor for the leadership team in supporting their efforts toward improving the collective competency and capacity for advancing DEI within and beyond the organization. He was formerly the Senior Vice President, Head of Research, at a global non-profit think tank and advisory group, where he led the organization in conducting studies focused on improving the workplace experiences for diverse populations across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. Over the past decade, he has transformed his research into praxis by delivering over 200 keynote speeches and guest lectures for various institutions and initiatives, including the White House Summit on Educational Excellence for African Americans (Obama administration), Stop AAPI Hate, and numerous Fortune 500 companies. He received his B.A. in African American Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA); Master's in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn); and Ph.D. in Education from the University of Southern California (USC).
