Raising support for the nation's largest college and career success program for first-generation immigrant youth. Since 2014, over $300M has been raised to provide more than 11,000 college scholarships to Dreamers attending over 80 Partner Colleges in 21 states and the District of Columbia. 91% of the TheDream.US Graduates are working as employees and entrepreneurs and contributing to the American economy.

Development lead responsible for raising annual revenue goals for a new strategic chapter of a collective action organization. Supported national recruitment efforts to bring in 50 founding member organizations during launch year of a redesigned Alliance. Key leader in forming and executing a place-based strategy, including raising seed funds needed to launch in three Partner Cities. Served as Interim Communications lead in 2022, leading an organizational rebrand resulting in a new brand strategy, visual identity, and redesigned website.

Led the national strategy for building and engaging iMentor's mentor and alumni community, rallying support around issues of equity and education and helping to close the college opportunity gap for students. This included recruiting thousands of mentors annually across four regions, raising over $1M in grassroots donations from the mentor community, leading the execution of a new multi-year racial equity program, and launching iMentor's alumni community for former mentors and mentees.

Responsible for raising revenue towards a $2M goal through individual giving and corporate partnerships to support social entrepreneurial programs in Africa. Focus on donor stewardship, increasing monthly giving, and launching giving circles.

Exceeded annual goals of raising $1 million through major gifts, individual giving, corporate engagement, and community fundraising. Managed a portfolio of major gift donors to steward and upgrade through tailored communications and exclusive event offerings; led a major donor field visit to Ethiopia. Created a donor engagement program using human-centered design; the Concern Leadership Network (CLN) raised over $250,000 with over 95 members across 11 states in its first two years. Organized Concern's first leadership summit with over 100 attendees and 17 speakers, resulting in nearly doubling of CLN members. Helped launch Concern's Centre for Innovation & Health as business development lead and program support, mobilizing an External Advisory Group to support the Centre's global initiative.

Managed cross-organizational campaigns and partnerships to meet strategic brand awareness, advocacy, and fundraising goals. Raised $25,000 as project lead in Concern's first partnership with Global Poverty Project's "Live Below the Line" campaign. Led a strategic redesign process to strengthen the depth and impact of Concern's domestic education program and raised $30,000 for its expansion.

Implemented a national global education program that reached over 4,000 students annually to raise awareness and funds for Concern. Led student field visits to Rwanda, Kenya, and Malawi. Co-founded the Global Education Coalition NYC, building a network of 30 organizations to collaborate on advancing global learning and action.
