Set up with a clear 2020 vision, Saved By The Ball helps to "Reach the hard to Reach."Working along side LSEEG schools, special educational provisions and colleges Saved By The Ball... was set up by a group of employees from within the trust and offers elite football coaching and mentoring interventions to help its learners across the trust re-engage with their education and achieve better outcomes.Saved By The ball have proudly been awarded an EDI Grant from London South East Colleges and are currently accepting applications from within the LSEC & LSEAT trusts to welcome our 2020-21 cohort.

Bromley Beacon Academy is a KS4 & KS5 SEHM school that helps learners to achieve both educational and social/emotional outcomes that set them up for their next steps. The PE department is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the students and the school. I have helped students achieve L1 & L2 NCFE qualifications in both the Technical Award in Health & Fitness as well as Sports Coaching. This year, off the back of this success I have been awarded a grant to run Saved By The Ball... a project that will combine Football coaching and mentoring to reach the hard to reach learners within the LSEAT & LSEC trust.

Saffron is an independent agency based in North West London.With a large portfolio of properties in and around Camden, it's vibrant office allowed me to flourish as a negotiator.The administration team in place allowed the freedom to be out in the field doing deals.With a healthy competitive atmosphere the commission structure and bonus schemes was the perfect motivating tool that drove all the employees to achieve.During one month, I managed to hit the top target and break the record for commission earned. Entry into the business of property.Learned a lot of sales and marketing techniques that have proved valuable throughout life.An Independant Agency solely for lettings. With Black Katz as a business model it was fast paced all action negotiation at it best.I learned fast and Progressed from a Trainee neg to a Junior Neg and then to a Senior neg before it was time to experience sales.The grounding was solid and the fundamental property knowledge learned allowed me to set, meet, achieve targets.
