- Typically working on RAN Network (EPC/RNC/BSC)- Identify problem on system and escalate to corresponded system support unit- Contribute to improve procedures and routine within team- Keeping performance of the network of the network at the high level by ensuring the problem - Solving and troubleshooting on cell out of services on SLA- Responsible to keep software leveling and attend up upgrading of 2G/3G/4G nodes,- Experiences on hand in O&M both hardware and software BTS, NodeB and eNodeB- Emergency handing in network system (BTS, NodeB and eNodeB)- Excellent knowledge of the RAN Network management system functionality and application use, (surveillance, performance, configuration).- Support and control sub-con on installation and commissioning new LTE sites- On site and remote sites commissioning and on air new LTE - Supporting region team to solve problem- Provide and inform RAN Field Central Manager with report of work done daily with none verbal and verbal directly
