Responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, understanding market trends, and driving the adoption of the company’s IT solutions across healthcare providers, payers, and other related entities.

Responsible for generating leads, qualifying them, initial engagement, setting up demos, following up, writing proposals, and closing deals. Strategize product segmentation to target various market segments, including international markets. Develop and present business benefits and ROI analyses for prospects, supporting outcome/output-based pricing models. Identify and establish local and international partnerships. Manage and meet client expectations regarding commercial terms, project plans, and product delivery.

Present and propose solutions to clients in the healthcare and related sectors to support their business objectives. Collaborate with the product manager and sales team to define opportunity requirements and prioritize each demo. Present to prospective clients, either virtually or in person, to explain the business's products and services, ensuring alignment with the client’s needs. Lead the demonstration process from request through demo preparation, delivery, and post-demo review, following established best practices. Provide effort estimation for product configuration and implementation, considering the functional and technical complexity of requirements. Stay up-to-date with current technology, design changes, and new product offerings.

Drive customer-centric strategic initiatives for the company, encompassing overall customer engagement, pre-sales activities, proposal preparation, and post-sales support coordination. Serve as a consultant to customers, understanding their needs and aligning them with the company's solutions, risk assessments, and consulting services.

Coordinate and execute Business Process Reengineering (BPR), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Super User Training, while also creating user manuals and managing the sign-off process. Participate in the Pre-Sales Team, preparing presentations that highlight product and service values for demonstrations to potential clients. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of business analysts, developers, and technical support professionals to define comprehensive requirement specifications for new and existing applications.

Evaluate risk management in hospital operations, including Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation and CKAPs. Serve as Assistant Project Coordinator for THIS Implementation, acting as a Business Analyst and contributing to Change Management initiatives.
