• Responsible for supporting the HR team in a fast-paced office environment and assisting them with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department.• Implementation of Human Resource Management System - Harmony. • Maintain complete data of employees in the Master MIS/HRMS.• Process staff settlement and calculation of terminal benefits as per entitlement.• Process of staff monetary benefits in line with the HR policies.• Responsible for facilitating employee relations.• Coordinate with Legal Department for employee’s disciplinary actions and file relevant correspondence.• Draft and send out show cause notice, suspension, termination, inquiry and discontinuation of services letters to the employees against misconduct.• Prepare and send transfer, re-designation, promotion and demotion letters also maintain its MIS. • Responsible for fetching attendance log of biometric devices also pools and post it to server for attendance generation and coordinate with Branches and IT support to ensure smooth working of the attendance system/machine.• Employment verification/confirmation of ex-employees.• Responsible for the preparation of organograms.• Responsible for the preparation of employment ID & visiting cards in coordination with vendor/admin for printing.• Responsible for preparing group health & life insurance addition/deletion reports and collection of proper documents required to process reimbursement claim.• Support the HR team with the on boarding of new staff.• Supervise HR interns, which include hiring, assigning duties, and monitor their work.• Actively participating in annual increment process.• Ensure personal files of all staff are complete and shall complete all missing papers.• Prepared reports as required by the management on ad-hoc basis.
