In this position my biggest achievement so far is deploying a brand new cash register system and a very unique SCO solution for Hungarian Auchan Hypermarkets. This solution not only speed up the customer journey but had a very good ROI for our company as well.

Besides the indirect buyer tasks I was also ask to lead the Auchan Ecommerce project IT part

• Based on the results achieved in the first year, the company recorded HUF 200 million net savings as a result of successfully remodeling the cashier system and associated services also the scales system thereby creating additional net value earning for the company.

• I was in charge for the entire cash register system and a fuel stations system as well of automatic fuel station systems in Auchan Hungary• Implemented more prominent, more challenging projects nationwide:o Erzsébet voucher introduction: During one night at each store made up a conversion operation with the new system.o Cora integration: The 7 new stores and one fuel station cash register system integration within 3 months• Implementation of the new online connection with the TAX authority: According the law we had to reorganize our 3 cash register system in order to get the permission for running our stores

• By my appointment we had to deal with an annual 5% system error. As a result of my proposals and methodological work due pushed back this figure to 2% that stood at around 1% by year-end in six months.• Implemented major project: selection and implementation of Auchan Hungary Helpdesk ticketing system

• My job was to give IT support for our users• During the time spent in this position, I was able to develop co-operation with the team, ameliorate ability to better communicate with customers. Nevertheless to improve my endurance.
