Responsible for various global IT services for Jabil. Change focus onto IT Service Management and cloud services. Drive Cloud architect, CloudOPS, DEVOPS, ServiceDesk, Cloud FinOPS, IT Automation and Active Directory teams- Reporting to VP of IT- Organize DEVOPS as a global service- Drive process optimization via automation team- Support critical IT applications for manufacturing plants worldwide- Implementing IT solutions for the Manufacturing- Setup first Global Cloud cost optimization team in Jabil- Be responsible for IT Service Management- Manage ServiceNOW platform and related activities ▪ Managed modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, BCM, IRM, HAM PRO, ITOM AIOPS - Actively manage IT vendors and contracts-Leverage partnership with vendors for project delivery-Ensure that processes and people are in place to support all of Jabil’s technology and business systems.- Negotiate new and existing contracts for IT service

Manage Site IT, team of 20 people (developers, tech guys, etc), responsible for current IT services and future plans, innovations, implementations.

Manage and operate over 1900 PCs, team of 14 people, responsible for IT services.

Implement and operate Windows/Linux based systems, support HP servers, install VMware ESX servers and virtual machines around the world. Works in a global team and support 1000+ servers. Troubleshooting and remote support. Teaching local IT support Team. Look after server backups.
