Mobil application test (2016) - TelekomExplorative functional test of a telco selfcare application with bug documentation. Ticket notes were recorded in the Jira system. The test was not only a bug, but a user experience test as well. In the first week we had to use the downloaded application, log the comments and experiences, and report the bugs in Jira. I was also involved in the elaboration and development of the version of this application that is used at UPC, allowing for sharing corporate information, team work, or even the creation of personal pages. We updated the version considered then the latest in 2013, and I was also personally responsible for the supervision and coordination of that task. - CSR activity – UPC started its Voluntary Corporate Program in 2012, and started to organize a program of “in-house” charity events. I played a significant role in the development and management of both programs. As a result of the two programs, during a few years, we could provide support for the value of more than HUF 5,000,000 to altogether 32 associations and foundations. - Employee recognition – It was also me who developed our program called Joescar first, and changed for UPC Stars later, where awards were given to our colleagues having achieved the best performance in various competences.
