We have built the first permaculture based shared garden, help locval small and medium sized businesses and communities in recycling ideas, sharing zero waste ways in everyday life. - Main roles: creating records in the internal audit system for each artwork change graphic design, technical and law changes to be ensured on artwork level keeping all the stakeholders maximally satisfied and informed - including 3rd partypack sites, regulatory affairs, quality, release of products and internal audit affairs creating reports for leadership on daily, weekly basis being responsible for country artworks of Switzerland creating excel overview for daily job - using the main ERP system to generate reports,using/writing functions and basic macros- Positives: team work, systematic thinking, timeliness, overview of processes and structure of thedivisions, learning graphic design in basics, usage of Adobe Acrobat pro on dailybasis

In 2011 the company opened an office near Bratislava – my main objective was toensure the smooth process of opening a new contact center for the Slovak, Czech andHungarian customers.• During the year we started and begun to spread our market share and increased thenumber of our partners in the following countries: Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic. • 2012 – on the wave of the successfull last year, we have opened up the Romanian andSlovenien market.• My main roles are: managing the customer service and managing the Bratislava office - 3 years of customer care and telesales experience.• I am highly involved in the daily check of the websites – searching for possible faults.• My position is highly involved in problem solving, contact making with the superiors ofthe company and also with the customers and the partners in English, Slovak, Czech andHingarian languages on a daily basis.

As the personal assistent of the managing director I was responsible for major corporatecorrespondence and record managementin Egnlish and Hungarian on a daily basis, andalso administration on a daily basis
