Experience in Basel II-III, Solvency II, MiFID II, Recovery Plans, ICAAP-SREP, ORSA, IRB-AMA preparation, credit-market-liquidity-operational risk management, risk modelling and validation, risk reporting, risk strategies, risk sensitive remuneration policies, capital adequacy, capital planning and optimization. Wider bank sector advisory, bank strategy creation, bank establishment, process improvement. Further experience in risk management improvement in other sectors, such as energy-utility-telecom. Initiator and organizer of the CRO Club by KPMG in Hungary. As the first phase of my carrier was in IT advisory – ERP-SAP, data warehouse, CRM – and the second is in FRM advisory, I’m combining these skills, knowledge and experiences in order that we find safe, prudent and innovative solutions. I’m especially interested in how the new technologies – robotics, machine learning, blockchain, big data, RegTech solutions - can accelerate the effectiveness in financial risk management and in the compliance with financial sector regulation.
