Responsible for product development related with security system (CCTV IP cameras and Video Management Systems, video analytics, access control, face recognition): - Acquiring new products, including business trips to the fair related with security systems (IFSEC in Birmingham , Security Essen in Essen) - Product management: Avigilon, Surveon, DIVA, AgentVi, Mate, Face recognition terminal, Ksenos. - Providing technical training for partners and end-users - Planning of products integration - Systems presentations for customers and partners (about 80) - Participation in meetings with product suppliers, customers and business partners - Responsible for the company stands at trade fairs (Securex in Poznań, Stadion-Alarm in Kielce) - Managing and running the tests of the products on the customer sites - Preparing the technical specifications to the offers (pre-sales) - Responsible for the preparation of the company for the external audit according to ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management) - Scientific manager in the project founded by European Union – Innovate Economy: „Open platform for integration and intelligent security management PISM – research and implementation of the product” Duration of the project: XI 2009 – I 2012. The value of the project – 3,5 millions PLN

Responsible for IT Department: - Assigning tasks to team members, - Monitoring of multiserver environment, - User rights management, - Managing and monitoring of backups (ntbackup and Veritas Backup Exec), - Responsible for business continuity management – testing of: critical system recovery, UPS system, - Planning and implementation of the procedures, - Monitoring and reconfiguration of power system for server room, - Solving problems related with network services, - Monitoring of antivirus software installed on the server and client stations, - Monitoring of operation system updates and hot fixes installed, - Budget planning, - Internal auditor ISO27001, - Reporting to IT Director.
