I excel at foreseeing problems and coordinating the project's aid with previous work experiences.THE PAST: Leading a team is like chewing a glass. So, after the SZiGET Festival - one of my biggest Hungarian projects and of course one of the largest festivals in Europe - I decided to leave my hometown to look for greater challenges abroad. Thus, I went to Germany and worked for Bosch as a project manager during their website relaunch period. I always dreamed of attaining my master’s degree, so after many years in Germany, I moved to Austria, where I worked as a project manager for a full-service marketing agency. Building a new webpage or coordinating another project wasn’t sufficient to curb my appetite. I wanted to see the entire picture, not just a piece of the puzzle. I'm not a master of deep diving for technical questions. My way was always a bit different, in that my primary objective was always to get everything done in time. This position requires a broad range of knowledge from designing user interfaces, to programming web projects in PHP with MySQL and JavaScript, to making video advertisements for the Movie theaters. I have always been a good project manager, but I need to be great all-around too, knowing what is possible, and how, in a practical and useful way. We all work hard to offer excellent products and services, but in my opinion, business relationships still take priority.
