I graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College with my Printing Technology Diploma and also my Graphics Software Certificate. I am so happy to be worked a path that pushes me to think outside the box on a day to day basis and get creative in my workspace.I am currently working for a small sign company specializing in sign making and installation as well as vehicle branding that includes jobs as small as basic decals and as far as full vehicle wraps. Those certified in vehicle wrapping on staff have taught me much about applying and working with different types of vinyl. I have also been given the opportunity to attend an introductory class to color change wrapping with 3M. I have also taken on many tasks involving sign making, cutting down substrates for signs and going off site (in teams or alone) to install window graphics for local businesses. In most of the positions I have held, I have been trusted to train new hires that come through. Proof that I not only work to become knowledgeable in the job and its task(s) but also am capable of teaching much of it in comprehensive manners. I am capable of working within the bounds of different ways others learn, as well.I have many years of experience working in an office and on several different teams, all with their own diverse dynamic. It is rare that I am unable to find a way to mesh with those I work with, even in the event of a disagreement. While in my last position as an upholsterer for KI of Green Bay, I picked up the tasks and skills for the position quickly. Within just a couple months I was trusted to assist with training as well as delegation and supply ordering within our small department while my leader was out of office. I had often been sight out for assistance or answers to questions that came up.
