Enjoying the variety and depth of technologies a modern Telco can offer by participating in a lot of 'big picture' activities.Shared responsibilities in maintaining the information security management system- Alignment of information security management strategy to support corporate and IT strategy- Design, implementation and maintenance of the ISMS to protect business assets and interests- Definition of technical security policies and security controls of development and operational processes- Maintenance of a risk management process that covers everything from the various risk assessment methods (input to the risk analysis) to the analysis, reporting, action planning and following up with the mitigation.Representing technical security in a variety of activities:- Participation in shaping the enterprise architecture strategy, with emphasis on not just secure building blocks but also E2E security of technical processes- Solution and vendor selection- Ensuring that solution architecture converges to the security architectureAssessing security level of implemented solutions and conducting risk analysis:- Verifying high level / low level security design- Checking implementation against security design- Managing vulnerability assessments or penetration tests- Supporting business in recognizing the security risks above a healthy risk appetite
