Physician dispensing of 340B drugs is a relatively uncharted business niche. My colleagues and I developed a unique 340B dispensary operations model which has generated 100s of thousands of dollars of additional revenue for large and small health centers across multiple states. We worked in partnership with health center C-suite executives, physicians, clinical and office staff to understand their goals, expand patient services and maximize 340B revenue generation through implementing and supporting their in-clinic 340B dispensary. • Reported directly to the CEO in support of the development, marketing, implementation and operations of 340B physician dispensing solutions.• Participated and/or leads multiple FQHC customer 340B physician dispensary operation implementations in PA, OH and MD to include developing opening 340B inventory orders, establishing PBM and payer connections, sliding scale development, designing dispensary configurations, and hiring and training pharmacy technicians. • Managed multiple client relationships from implementation through positive revenue generation by establishing and maintaining productive relationships with the client’s CEO, CFO, CMO, practice manager and providers. Reported to clients on dispensary operations including revenue, expenses, 340B inventory, and dispensary performance metrics. Interfaced with multiple vendors to include pharmaceutical wholesalers, repackagers, PSAOs, and reconciliation and dispensing software companies. Ensured the dispensary staff and processes conform to PHI protection as specified by HIPAA.• Developed marketing and sales materials to include sales slide decks, website content, email newsletters, informational blogs and tweets.

Developed medication dispensing process flows and communications between remote pharmacies and clinics that serve disadvantaged populations.

Participate/Manage multiple Healthcare Initiatives:- a smart system to aid field medical personnel in the triage, diagnosis and treatment of injuries- a handheld, platform-independent, patient-centric diabetes mellitus management tool for the National Cancer Institute; - a user interface for an automated patient records system; - a Physician Data Query (PDQ) cancer database data retrieval and utilization software; and- an electronic patient intake and recommendations tool.• Establish a customer-focused philosophy to enhance technical staff’s concentration on customer impact.• Make complex technology more usable, intuitive, and effective while extending the frontiers of science and technology in healthcare, bio-science, defense, and aerospace industries.• Apply expertise in cognitive task analysis, cognitive modeling, and user interface design and evaluation in leading the design and development of training and work-centered support applications. • Leverage intellectual property for expanded, revenue-generating application.

Oversaw the Training Systems business unit, providing leadership and business development direction in conjunction with the executive management team. Structured, budgeted, and executed strategies and tactics to achieve major operational objectives established by the CEO. Created a Project Manager Mentoring Program resulting in a company-wide uniform approach to project management. Developed and managed iGEN®, a cross-project toolset for building executable cognitive models of human performance that support intelligent agents embedded into simulation-based training and decision support applications
