Scrum Master who helps to establish and maintain positive team dynamics, work effectively with the Product Owners and establish an environment where the teams can be effective. Also facilitate Scrum events and maintain transparency through Scrum artefacts. Support the Product Owners in backlog management/refinement, and user story mapping/writing. Responsible for the scrum artefacts, facilitating planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives. Help the team to stay focused to maintain their scrum tools (story/action board, backlogs) and use the agreed practices. Serve as a mirror to the team, reflecting agile values, reminding commitments, helping to build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of being judged, with an emphasis of problem solving.

Test lead various Thermal printer projects in the R&D department. The job requires me to create test plans, define test scope and manage resources in test group. I need to manage an internal test team as well as test vendor to deliver quality products within timelines. I am also responsible for documenting all the test procedures, flow, and report to support the department Internal and external auditing.In this appointment, it will need me to work closely with program managers and other lead engineers in the different functional groups, both locally and aboard to understand the scheduling and functional requirement respectively. I will need to understand the requirements and translate them into test cases and test plan. I am also responsible for reviewing the defects and discussing them and setting prioritization together with Development lead during Sprint planning/ grooming. I will also need to generate a report and present it to the Project Team.

My primary responsibility is to manage the production of projects with schedule and tasks associated with project(s). It also involves planning, cost management, administrative management, time management and others. In this appointment, it will need me to work closely with various functional groups like electrical design group, mechanical design group and counterpart in factory project group. It will help me to understand the product and progress of the development. I also act as primary contact point to provide regular status updates to the project manager and leadership on projects.This position also requires me to create project schedules, prepare meeting agenda, meeting minutes, hold regular meetings and others. This position also needs to handle RFQ (request for quotation) from sales, update project manuals and handling KMAT (internal ordering system).

My primary responsibility is to define technical and product specification for digital audio device group in the R&D department. The job requires me to define UI (User Interface) of the product and define product features. My group is responsible for the product, firmware, and hardware development of digital audio devices like MP3 players, MP4 players, speakers etc. I am also personally responsible for the evaluation of competitors’ products and benchmarking them against ours.In this appointment, it will need me to work closely with ID designer, Product marketing managers and other engineers in the firmware development, hardware development as well as mechanical development group. It will help me to understand the scheduling and product requirement respectively. I also act as primary OEM customer contact and provide technical support and regular updates to customers on project development in a timely manner.

My primary responsibility then was to lead the software design verification test (DVT) group in the R&D department. I am assisted by two Test Engineers. The job requires me to create test plans, define test scope and manage resources in my testing group. My group is responsible for the software health of all Asian products. I am also personally responsible for the evaluation of competitors’ products and benchmarking them against ours.
