Learning & Development Department Running fraud prevention/awareness & credit risk modules for company induction and risk intervention training as one-to-one or group sessions delivered either in person or remotely to employees in different departments and level.• Creating, designing delivering & evaluating any new fraud & credit risk training modules• Managing promotion and demotion of underwriter mandates• Centralising new fraud trends & credit risk across the business• Maintaining, creating and updating all fraud & credit risk training material and tests for underwriters• Managing the underwriters’ mentoring system

Central Underwriting TeamDriving consistency of risk performance and commercial performance within all stores and departments through dedicated analysis, coaching, mentoring and acting as an additional ‘resource centre’ to the company’s underwriting community. Day-to-day responsibilities involved:• Performance-monitoring of all mandate holders in the business• Providing support and organising delivery of mandate promotion, underperformance & risk induction training sessions• Completing regular analysis of risk performance on different levels of the business (all business, stores/departments, individuals)• Providing recommendations to improve the performance and risk appetite• Overriding the risk policy – holding a mandate that is above the policy and making exceptions when appropriate, upon requests from other mandate holders• Completion of centrally monitored and tested consolidation loans• Providing support in fraud investigation/prevention projects

Processing loan applications over the phone in English, Hungarian and Russian.
