CurrentDevelopment of the Human Resources Department• Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through department resources.• Develops and monitors an annual budget for HR services, employee recognition, and Organizational Development.• Leads the preparation and implementation of company policies and employee benefits such as Medical & Life insurance, Employee Provident Fund, EOBI, Gratuity, Bonus.Training & Development• Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.• Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company and employee training needs.Recruitment• Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures.• Ensure all the background check and documentations are executed as per process defined.• Prepare talented pool of candidates, liaison with marketing firm for advertisement as well as attend jobs fairs when required.• Onsite screening of candidates during job fairs.Employee Relations• Formulates and recommends HR policies and objectives for the company for employee benefit.• Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship. Promote a high level of employee morale.•Investigates and addresses employee concerns and grievances.Compensation• Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, including bonuses and raises.• With the assistance of the CEO, obtains cost-effective, employee serving benefits.• Recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention.Organization Development• Manages employee communication and feedback through company meetings, suggestion programs, and one-on-one meetings.• Design and implement a variety of developmental initiatives, employee engagement activities, action plans, programs and capacity building strategies.
