He has extensive experience in management and the IT services business from different technical and leadership roles he held at Kyndryl, IBM and other companies in his 19-year career.Before this role, János led Kyndryl Hungary, helping clients change and modernise their IT and extend it to cloud-enabled hybrid, open platforms.He successfully transformed IT organisations with outsourcing initiatives, streamlined processes, hardened internal SLAs, and stabilised the management and support of business-critical applications. He led IT operation, developer, and business analyst teams and laid the foundations of an agile, business-centric approach.János is passionate about building a highly motivated team of experts and talents ready to support clients, mainly focusing on financial services, pharmaceuticals, and industrial sectors to innovate and drive growth.He is interested in green technology, cost-effective and well-architected cloud computing solutions, IT automation, digital transformation, and the usability and limits of artificial intelligence.
