As the Director of Infrastructure at Jagiellońskie Centrum Innowacji (JCI), a leading Life Science Park in Poland, I oversee the design, construction, maintenance, and operation of state-of-the-art facilities for biotechnology and life science research and development. With over 7 years of experience in this role, I have successfully managed multiple complex and large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Facility Management (FM), and IT standards, as well as delivering on time and on budget.As the Project Manager for the "Reconstruction and expansion of the University Children's Hospital of Cracow (UCH)", I am responsible for overseeing the following tasks:• Ambulatory Care Center for Children: refurbishment of a section of the building including the procurement of basic furniture, household, sanitary, and medical-technological equipment (reconstruction area: 4,691 m²);• University Pediatric Center Building: construction of a new building with a total area of 28,048 m² (including a multi-level underground parking lot covering 7,955 m² with 174 parking spaces) along with the procurement of basic medical-technological and household-sanitary equipment;• Hospital Central Laboratory: renovation of an existing building covering an area of 3,995 m² and an extension of a new section covering 2,996 m². The total area involved in the task is 6,991 m², including the purchase of basic furniture, household, sanitary, and diagnostic equipment;• Multi-level Parking Building: construction of a new building covering an area of 9,406 m² (housing 417 parking spaces);• Land Development: reconstruction of roads, squares, sidewalks covering a total area of approximately 7,223 m², modernization of an auxiliary building covering an area of 596 m² including the purchase of basic furniture, household, sanitary, and technological equipment.I am passionate about creating and supporting an innovative and collaborative environment for the life science community, and facilitating the transfer of knowledge and technology between academia and industry. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused on Professional Facility Management from Technische Universität Wien, a Master's Degree in International Economics from Jagiellonian University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business & Management Studies from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
