I oversaw various aspects, including onboarding procedures and troubleshooting support. By developing effective playbooks and leveraging Salesforce CRM, I guided the team in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, as evidenced by consistently high CSAT scores. Additionally, I took charge of managing the developer portal site, known as the "Stadia Partner Community." This platform served as a vital hub for game developers, offering the latest announcements, facilitating communication with the product team, and fostering collaboration among developers. As Stadia transitioned into offering B2B white-label services, specifically the "Immersive Stream for Games," I assumed leadership of the partner support team. To align with the evolving needs of enterprise customers, I spearheaded the refinement of services, defining new workflows and establishing Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
