As a faculty member, I participate in different lean projects at production andservicing companies - including automotive companies as well. I use leanmethodology to improve and optimize workflow and information flow. Among myproject, you could find cell optimization, SMED, TWI, shop floor management etc.project also.

My main task was to map the structure the way of working of the laboratory. Start the lean culture within the micro-, food- and feed -laboratory. Help the implementation of the Eurofins IT structure into the processes.

Achievements:- Built up a up-to-date fast reacting international sales structure- Design and run the controlling system- Increased turnover from 0,2 MEUR to 4,2 MEUR with profitable and stable operation- Beside the simple aluminium gas cylinder trading activity set up profit centres (steel cylinder trade, cylinder refurbishment, welding consumables trade)- Acquire the Everest Kanto Cylinder as a main supplier for steel cylinders- Utilized more than 760 kEUR European Union fund- Establish a cylinder refurbishment plant in 2005. Provides more than 30% increase each year. - Crisis management: from Rév group we saved a welding company with hugh debt. We assimilate the company and now the activity is profitable. - In 2013 plan and lead a radical technical development where we triple our capacity (250 000 pc/year), change from wet paint to powder paint technology with a fully automated and registered painting line. - Built up and organised the plant according to LEAN philosophy. Teach the people the way, and lead them to increase the output from 30 pcs/day to 150 pcs/day (in the future 430 pcs/day). My main responsibility was to Introduce the new product of the Dutch GetPak’s in Hungary. I had marketing, commercial, technical responsibilities. I deal with the central of the Hungarian public petrol stations (especially with the MOL Rt. and the OMV Hungária Kft). One of my presentation marketing materials is used by the Dutch central and by the other European distributors.

Planning and execution of technology and telecommunication projects. Supporting the technical background of more than 50 people on two sites.
