I was responsible for Jetpak's Product Strategy, Design and Management within Express logistics and supply-chain solutions for Automotive, Electronics, Manufacturing and Life Science, including Group P&L responsibility - and, as a result, a driver behind a significant BI project.Developed a new, pan-Nordic in-night distribution product servicing.

As a consultant at Saphena I was assisting Jetpak's Nordic organisation & customers in making full business use of it's new transport & logistics management system. This involved a significant amount of staff training, problem solving and specifications for additional development of new functions and modules in it's IT system. It also involved a new market.

As a consultant at Saphena I was the project manager for an internal project at Jetpak targeted at designing and procuring development for a new Transport & Logistics Management System for Jetpak. This included responsibility for Business planning & vision, Effect goals, Business case, Business process design, RFP, and Procurement of an external.

Developed Digitals market strategy in this segment. Recruited key software partners and worked with key country contacs to bring the solution packages to market.

Worked with Internet Business Group team members in Europe and US to reposition Digital for the Internet age. Managed key customer and partner relations such as Alta Vista Software in Northern Europe. And I learnt what it means to be part of a true team with global reach;

Managed Digitals external research activities in the Nordics; including internet infrastructure projects, information management projects and high-performance computing projects

Developed, with selected software partners, the market for library management systems in Europe. Helped introducing the Web for Swedish libraries.
