As global lead of Digital Workplace environment, my role is the definition, development, deployment and maintenance of the Global digital workplace portfolio. Role covers also to contribute to the definition of standard processes and to drive continuous improvement of services based on business need, service performance, best practices, and benchmark.Parallel, I lead Central and Eastern Europe region’s IT Service Delivery, covering the region’s 2 shared service centres and 9 factories. My main responsibility is to maintain the sites’ IT and OT operations on the highest level, and to work together with the supporting teams and external vendors to change the current state rapidly and comprehensively to a future proof IT and OT environment.

My responsibility was to keep IT services and IT infrastructure on the highest quality and to play major role in the effective and efficient execution of the project portfolio.To foster IT and Digital strategy, I have driven continuous stakeholder management activities with regional management teams that resulted the successful implementation of several new technologies and supporting solutions.

Hungary Area

I kept end-to-end responsibility to lead the IT organization of Central Europe, covering IT services, infrastructure and security. I held the responsibility to manage service delivery, project delivery and business partnering, while managing of vendors was also a major scope of my work. The services of my teams kept not only all SLAs, but also earned very high user satisfaction, while we were able to decrease the IT operation and infrastructure related costs by 40%. In addition, I actively played leading roles in the implementation of solutions like Office365, SharePoint Online, Nintex, Veeva, Workday, Workplace or SAP Concur.

I managed the Project Management Services department of the IBM Centre in Hungary. PM team grew from 15 to 55 members under my management, decreased the number of aged projects from 75% to 3%, achieved full utilization and increased its portfolio to Transition & Transformation, IT infrastructure and IT development projects.

Managing a 150 FTE related, new business workload move in official critical situation. Being single point of contact and escalation point on Delivery Centre’s side, coordinating the critical situation among 10 departments, and reporting directly to the executive board.

I built up a Service Unit of 80+ members within one year in a newly established IBM Shared Centre in Poland. Beyond hiring and people management, I was responsible for the transition of 20 customers’ workload and for managing those services.
