Tasks such as knowing well every milestone in detail, controlling status of all materials, arranging samples delivery are included.3. On the other hand, keep monitoring the gross margin of each project, be aware of any cost up and down to make sure the project is always beneficial.5. Lead, cooperate and coordinate with each project team members to direct projects to better ways of working and to achieve project goals of different phases6. Make good use of Microsoft tools, ex, Excel, Word, Projects, PowerPoint, to make clearer pictures of projects and to efficiently manage every project
