The Company offers one complete unified solution for parking management, enforcement, permits, collections, access and revenue control. This single system brings together, or unifies, different aspects of the parking business that until now have been managed by separate systems and multiple vendors. From issuing parking citations to managing complex high-value permit programs to managing garages to offering their patrons an on-line storefront, administrators can handle all aspects of parking with one operating system.

Operational oversight, strategic planning, and policy development of public parking locations within the City of Tampa limits.Responsible for a present inventory of 9 garages and 21 surface lots comprising a grand total of 11,020 off-street spaces; 1,601 total on-street spaces controlled by parking meters in the downtown core; 3 residential parking areas in the Channel District, South Ybor City and Oscawana Courier City.With an annual budget of $15 million, tasked with planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising operational activities and staff for Security, Garage & Lot Operations, Collections, On-Street Parking and Operational Audits.Member and instructor with the City of Tampa's Training and Development Council.
