I'm a plant molecular biologist and a biochemist with expertise in construct design, molecular cloning, transformation, and plant cell culture protocols.Driven by my passion for Cellular Agriculture and the New Food movement, I am dedicated to harness the power of living systems, such as plants and microorganisms to develop novel, cruelty-free, and sustainable biotechnologies. I’m the Co-Founder of Another Food, a Singapore-based, Plant Cell Culture platform on a mission to produce sustainable and delicious food from plant cells, starting with coffee.
