The first version was coded in Python 2 and had only a basic description of the workflow. My goals were to prepare the User Guide, translate code from Py2 to Py3, and create a new component with time-frequency analysis with statistics for them.

Project: „Eugenics” is a bad word. An experimental study on the modern perception of eugenics.Supervisor: Katarzyna Kuś, PhDDivision: Laboratory of Experimental Philosophy ‘KogniLab’ at the Faculty of Philosophy (kognilab.pl)The main goals of the project were to check that the words "eugenics" or "eugenic" are negative emotionally marked and could they influence moral judgments. My research had three paths: History analysis, Corpus analysis, and Analysis via questionnaires.

Institute: Institute of PsychologyPreparing architecture for an application to analyze EEG signals in the oddball paradigm. The app includes these steps: preanalyse (resampling, filtering, ICA for EOG artifacts, etc.) and analyse in time, frequency, and time-frequency domain.

Project: Development of an innovative control system for devices in the field of the Internet of Things using a wireless amplifier of bioelectric signals.The main goals:* Clean and prepare electromyography signals (EMG) for analysis.* Calculate parameters from prepared EMG signals necessary to classify muscle activation.* Create and optimize a few Machine Learning algorithms from prepared data to classify muscle activation.* Train and test prepared classification algorithms.* Prepare documentation and docstrings for code (because it has to be easy to change in terms of parameters and meta parameters of the entire process).* Prepare datasets and plots for all the processes (i.e. saving calculated parameters in csv file, saving plots in the time domain and frequency domain of prepared signals, or saving metrics from tested models).
