- Training for new employees- Verification of application documents- Maintaining long-term relationships with candidates- Building and implementing sourcing strategies- Presenting proposals for job offers- Participating in Job Fairs, events, volunteering work, developing training- Participating in Employer Branding of Client- "BrandChampions"- Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers on daily basis to successfully fill open positions- Maintaining and updating candidate database- Sourcing candidates for open positions, CV screening, providing feedback for candidates- Negotiating salaries and other terms of employment with candidates- Preparing and posting job advertisements- Acquiring candidates through social tools (Linkedin) and internal databases (OneTouch, 8fold, ORACLE)
