Duties Included: • Demand analysis and procurement of over 400 SKU’s for safety and in-flightequipment required to fulfil IATA flight regulations in order to operateinternationally • Managing new SKU’s and implementation of specific projects under strictlaunch deadlines • Implementation of forecasting system using a CSV platform to controlvariability and artificial demand • Visiting station warehouses nationally for auditing, compliance and processevaluation to optimise use of articles and innovate new processes• Communication, Financial control and issuing of Purchase Orders to suppliers for effective and efficient purchase and delivery to optimise a JIT working environment.• Supplier meetings to ensure all stakeholders involved are aware of the scope of the project at hand and discussing effective ways to improve existing processes.

Duties Included: • Liaising with local clients in Australia to arrange swift export of goods tonumerous destinations around the world (Specialisation: Europe, NorthAmerica, Asia, New Zealand and Dangerous Goods Cargo) • Preparation and management of documentation to ensure compliance andavoid lengthy delays with the export process • Inspection of Dangerous goods cargo for compliance in relation to packagingand international laws. • Monitoring and updating rates due to volatility of ocean vessel prices andadvising clients of changes to maintain good working relationships.
