Managing global staff photographer video post-production for news and sport. Streamlining workflows, improving video quality through regular feedback and setting editing standards. Edited and processed 10000+ clips produced by 100+ staff and stringer photographers. Worked on several projects including edits for Kei Nishikori (tennis), RFU (England Rugby), edited and produced mini-doc on European migration crisis (World Press Photo Video Award entry)
