Managing and programming multiple high-end residential projects from the pre-construction phase to practical completion, coordination between architects, clients, structural engineers and site team, preparing tender packages, analysing tender submissions, negotiating prices and scope of works with subcontractors, creating, managing and updating project programs as projects progress, keeping track of and pricing all additional costs and variations to the contract, liaising with Quantity Surveyor on cost control during the project, ensuring all the works are performed in accordance with specification, building regulations and high quality, ensuring low energy/ PassivHaus standard is achieved if required, providing support to site manager in site management i.e. negotiating with material suppliers and placing orders, building long term relationships with material suppliers and subcontractors, giving lectures during site open days for architects sharing theory and practical knowledge and site experience.
