Leading the accounting department of The Insurance Experts, a leading insurance broker with a diverse portfolio of clients and services, I oversee the financial operations and ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial transactions, records, and reports. I also prepare and monitor the annual budget, analyse the financial performance, and provide recommendations for improvement and growth. With the help of my team, I have increased the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting processes, reduced the errors and discrepancies, and improved the financial reporting and forecasting.I am passionate about accounting and finance, and I constantly seek to enhance my skills and knowledge in this field. I have completed AAT Levels 2 and 3 with distinction, and I am currently working towards AAT Level 4. My ultimate goal is to obtain ACCA or CIMA credentials and become a chartered accountant. My education background in applied linguistics has also helped me develop strong communication, analytical, and intercultural skills, which are essential for working in a global and dynamic industry.
