The CASE Implementation Manager organizes the necessaryorganizational transformation and acts as a local Key Account tothe CASE organization on Headquarter level. He provides the local framework tomake CASE a success in terms of organizational set-up, skills,communication and tracking of CASE readiness.

Together with my team we are responsible for supporting the exploitation of short- / and long term sales and marketing potentials for Mercedes-Benz Vans in Hungary. We actively develop, promote and preserves the public image of the Van brands and the satisfaction of the Van network and MB light commercial vehicle customers. I support the Van sales with preparation of several management reports, pricing- and competitor analysis in collaboration with brand management. My team provide efficient support of retail network on daily basis providing them with information and tools for sales and marketing of new and used Vans as well.
