I have over 21 years of experience in the timber industry, covering various aspects of retail, harvesting and extraction, production management, logistic management, sales management, treating plants, sawmilling, and FSC compliance.I have successfully developed, built, and managed multiple merchandising facilities for different depots and sawmills, with monthly outputs ranging from 2000m3 to 10000m3. I have also retrained labour and staff, introduced new operating procedures, and met production and sales targets. I have skills in manufacturing process improvement, logistics management, purchasing, health and safety, security, transport, project management, and quality control.
